Join Ciara for this comprehensive six-week course that will introduce you to the fundamentals of meditation. Over the six weeks you will develop and establish a comfortable meditation practice based on techniques from the yoga and buddhist traditions. Ciara’s teaching style ensures that you will feel the benefits of practising meditation from the beginning. Building on techniques, timings and practices each week you will gradually become comfortable meditating for longer periods. Meditation has been shown to have countless physical and mental health benefits leading to a calmer mind, steady emotions and a stronger body while simultaneously developing more insight, clarity, empathy and compassion. The class is recorded each week and the recording can be accessed for three months after the course.
