Chakra Yoga Teacher Training
Part One; 9th, 10th, 11th October 2024 Part Two; 6th, 7th, 8th February 2025, 8am - 5pm
Learn to experience, understand and work with your chakra system; the underlying subtle body energy matrix that stores and transmits your unique energy signature through your body, emotions, thoughts and deepest conditioned responses.
This deep dive into the practice and theory of experiently working with and understanding your energy body with introduce you to asana, pranayama and meditation practices to access your feeling and understanding of these subtle energy centres that direct our life force. You will learn chanting, visualisations, breathwork and movement practices that have been handed down through the buddhist, satyandanda and gitanananda yoga lineages.
Receive a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Certificate for 30/ 60 hours. Take both as part of your 200-Hour or 500-Hour Teacher Training certificate. www.yogaalliance.org
